Last Wednesday, the 7th annual Special Olympics Unified All-Star Game took place in the National Sports Center Stadium. The East and West All-Star teams, consisting of 40 players with intellectual disabilities (Special Olympics athletes) and without intellectual disabilities (Unified partners), went head to head in an 11-v-11 match. The Eastern Conference secured a 3-0 victory over their peers from the West.
