Ingredients
(12 oz) box jumbo shells
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
Salt & pepper to taste
1 (12 oz) bag frozen broccoli florets
1 (16 oz) jar alfredo sauce
1 (16 oz) jar of red sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella Cheese
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Cook pasta shells according to package instructions
Stuffing Shells:
In a large bowl add chicken, chopped broccoli, salt & pepper and mozzarella cheese
Pour Jar of alfredo sauce in bowl and stir together
Toss to combine
Add jar of red sauce to the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking pan
Fill shells with a spoonful of chicken and broccoli mixture and place in prepared pan on top of the red sauce
Sprinkle the tops of the shells with parmesan cheese
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until warm and bubbly
Serve with garlic bread and Enjoy!
