The MNUFC Adult League summer registration deadline is right around the corner, and if you’re not already registered, consider these six league perks.
The registration deadline is May 20. By registering a 11-man team, you’re guaranteed at least 8 games during the session that begins May 29 and ends July 24.
1. It’s affordable
The math is simple: If your team rosters 11 players, and there’s 8 weeks of play, it’s only $12.50 per player, per game. No labor negations. The team fee accounts for referees being paid, field time, set-up, monitors and awards.
2. Your favorite MLS club sponsors it
MNUFC Adult Soccer Leagues provide unique benefits and experience for Loons fans and soccer lovers. The National Sport Center is the official training grounds for Minnesota United FC. Thus, the club’s history with the NSC runs deep.
3. You’ll get great exercise
Games are two 40-minute halves. This is plenty of time for those looking to continue or start more physically active lifestyles.
4. You LOVE THIS GAME
Soccer is all you know. You grew up playing, married into a family that celebrates Boxing Day like it’s a national holiday or have children who play. The world’s game is for everyone, and the NSC’s different divisions allow players of all skill level to play the game they love together. Reignite your passion for the sport!
5. Social interaction
Make friends or foes. It’s up to you. Meet new people, and establish meaningful relationships in a group setting—something many people haven’t done in a while. As a plus, you’ll receive discounts from local breweries, Victory Links Golf Course and ice skating at the NSC.
6. It’s fun
For one day a week, you can get together with a group of friends and just have fun. There’s a good chance you’ll get to enjoy a few adult beverages collaboratively after a game if you choose to do so. We’re giving every player an exclusive discount at Invictus Brewery!
There it is. Six reasons you should join the 11v11 MNUFC Adult League in 2022. Keep showcasing your skills, and you might just get a major league call-up!
