The U.S. Women’s National Team (USWNT) played Portugal in a friendly at Allianz Field on Sept. 3 as a part of the team’s 2019 Victory Tour.
The USWNT defeated Portugal 3-0 in front of a sold-out crowd of 19,600 fans in St. Paul. Carli Lloyd scored twice and Lindsey Horan scored once.
The team will play Mexico next on Friday, Sept. 6 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
