The producers of Target USA CUP will host a qualifying event February 11-13 at Round Rock Multipurpose Complex in Round Rock, Texas. This is the first qualifying event that will give teams in Texas a taste of Target USA Cup and a chance to win a free entry to play in Minnesota next July.
Target USA Cup is the largest youth soccer tournament in the United States. The tournament will be played for the 36th time this July in Blaine, Minnesota. Tournament organizers anticipate more than 1,100 teams from across the country and the world to play in the event. Target USA Cup has become known for more than just soccer as participants have the opportunity to participate in an Olympic style opening ceremony, dances, pin-trading activities, and much more at the event.
The qualifier tournament is a way for USA CUP to continue to expand its brand in different parts of the country and the world. “Round Rock Multipurpose Complex offers a great facility to represent our brand and start this new endeavor. This qualifier will reach new customers and provide chances to participate in Minnesota in July. We are excited to go there and welcome new teams” Jen Een, Target USA CUP Director.
“We are excited to start these qualifying events, with hopes to expand to new locations soon. USA CUP hope to attract great competition from Texas and surrounding areas, along with providing them great atmosphere for everyone involved. See you in Round Rock!” – Clinton LaBeau, Target USA CUP Qualifier Texas.
