From Uzhhorod to La Crosse, Andriy Ketsuk will continue his soccer career in the US, this time as an NAIA athlete!Â
Andriy, a 17-year-old central defender has been a key player for Rudolf Balazhinsky’s team. He joined Rudolf at the age of 14 and has gone from being a substitute player to a key player and Vice-Captain of the team.Â
Target USA CUP has been instrumental in Andriy’s development and exposure. Playing in one of the largest youth soccer tournaments in the world, Andriy showcased his skills against top-tier competition. These experiences not only allowed him to gauge the level of soccer development in the US but also provided a platform for local scouts to recognize his potential.Â
Starting next season, Andriy will be continuing his education and soccer career at Viterbo University. Known for its robust soccer program, Viterbo offers an excellent environment for Andriy to further develop his skills. His ultimate goal? To become a professional athlete in the MLS.
We look forward to seeing Andriy excel at Viterbo and can’t wait to see what he accomplishes next.
