Early Friday morning the parking lot at the National Sports Center in Blaine began to fill. Sleepy youth hockey players jumped out of minivans and SUV’s and lugged oversize bags, stuffed with hockey equipment, into the Super Rink complex. It’s a routine Jenna Boutain knows by heart.
