Our next featured team is the 12U Girls Cloquet-Esko-Carlton Lumberjacks! When asked what physical object these girls would choose to represent their club, they responded with, “An axe – we are the Lumberjacks!” Talk about team spirit!
The Lumberjacks’ favorite memory is doing team bonding activities together. Their favorite team bonding activity / game day ritual is eating snacks and dancing to Lip Gloss by Lil’ Mama. Check out this video of them in action:
The most unique thing about this team is that the height difference between their shortest and tallest player is a foot, and a major point of pride for these girls is to leave the locker room cleaner than they found it.
