2021 Target USA CUP Featured Team: HCSC Silver Stars

The HSCS Silver Stars U10 girls team will be making its first trip from South Dakota to Target USA CUP at the National Sports Center. Nine girls will be traveling to USA CUP, and they’re ready to give it their all.

“We expect to win every time we set foot on the field,” coach Bruno Kuhfield said. “We want every team we play to know who we are, win or lose, after a game. We want to be remembered not only for how we played but also our sportsmanship on and off the field.”

Kuhfield explained that this group of girls is very close. They’re not just teammates, they’re good friends who support each other on and off the field and work together to become better players.  

HSCS Silver Stars is most excited to play against teams they have never faced before. They are looking forward to playing against notable competition and applying what they’ve learned at USA CUP to improve their skills for future matches.
